produced in pure copper pot still distillation from carefully selected wine. It is aged for a minimum of 10 years in small French oak barrels in the brandy maturation cellars. It is a deep amber colour enhanced by subtle spicy and nutty flavours with a unique an complex dried fruit and port wine aroma.
